Valerie Collado
President of the Avantor Foundation
Valerie Cucinotta Collado is currently serving as President of the Avantor Foundation. She also serves as the Director of Corporate Communication and Community Relations for Avantor. In this position, Valerie is responsible for the Company’s internal communication strategy and programming, community engagement and supporting associate engagement.
Before joining Avantor, Valerie worked for Borders Group Inc. as the District Marketing Manager where she developed and implemented annual marketing and public relations plans as well as author and musician event coordination for 11 Greater Philadelphia locations. Prior to working for Borders Group Inc., she served as the Director of Public Relations and Events for the Terri Lynne Lokoff Child Care Foundation. To inspire the arts in future generations, Valerie is part of the Directing staff for the Colonial Players Theatre Program at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.
Valerie holds a Bachelor of Music degree with a Minor in Communications from Catholic University of America.
TOLA OLORUNNISOLA
Treasurer for the Avantor Foundation
Tola Olorunnisola is our Vice President of Strategy, Innovation, Marketing & Digital in the Avantor Services and Strategic Partners business segments. She leads Innovation, Marketing and Digital Solutions for Services, and is also responsible for Strategy and Customer Experience across both functions.
She has over 15 years of experience in the Medical Device and Life Science industry developing and executing digital and go-to-market strategies. Additionally, she has led the development and deployment of large-scale enterprise solutions. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Noël France
Secretary for the Avantor Foundation
Noël France is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Avantor. Noël has worked for Avantor for over 18 years, with previous roles leading Digital Marketing and Marketing Program Management and Operations for the organization, including a concentration on leading marketing for our Science Education segment.
During Noël's time with the Science Education segment, she had the privilege of launching a formalized community outreach effort focused on establishing connections between local schools and Avantor’s science education laboratory technicians. Noël is also a member of the WXXI Board, DEI Board (board.org), and participates in several advocacy groups focused on implementing diversity, equity and inclusion in the community and school district she calls home.
Noël attended New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study for master’s work in Marketing and Media Applications and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. Noël resides in Rochester, NY with her two daughters and two golden doodles.
Stephane Moerman
Board Member for the Avantor Foundation
Stephane Moerman currently serves as Vice President, Customer Development & Major Accounts – Europe at Avantor.
With his team, Stephane focuses on European profitable growth opportunities, creating long-term value within and between organizations in line with Avantor’s strategy. Stephane has been with Avantor for 20 years and has served in numerous roles including Sales & Services, Marketing and Strategic Partners Director.
Prior to joining Avantor, Stephane served as Territory Manager, Product Manager, Head of Industrial Division, Sales Director and Strategic Marketing Director for European laboratory distributors in the life sciences and clinical diagnostic industries.
Stephane has a biochemical engineer background and holds a Master of Marketing & Administration degree from Brussels Universities – Belgium.
Narayana Rao
Board Member for the Avantor Foundation
Narayana Rao serves as Vice President of Biopharma – Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA). In this role, Narayana is responsible to facilitate the AMEA Biopharma organizational strategy development/tracking, alliance and budget management. He also leads program management function for Biopharma in core markets in AMEA. Narayana has been with Avantor for one year.
Prior to joining Avantor, Narayana had worked for various life sciences organizations in business leadership roles and has devoted his career to providing solutions to the Biopharma industry.
Narayana holds Master of Science in Biotechnology from Bangalore University, India and an Executive General Management Programme from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Eilidh Robertson
Board Member for the Avantor Foundation
Eilidh Robertson currently serves as Country Leader and Managing Director for the UK within Avantor. In this role she has the overall responsibility of Lab Distribution stream and is a key driving force to ensure collaboration between the Avantor Business Streams within the UK organization.
She has worked for Avantor for 15 years, previously serving as UK Sales Director, Regional Manager and Product Specialist. She has a scientific background and spent three years in a laboratory before transitioning to a commercial environment. Eilidh is passionate about science, education and leadership and is an advocate for collaboration, transformation and innovation.
Eilidh holds a Bachelor of Parasitology from The University of Glasgow and a Master of Science in Forensic Science from The University of Strathclyde.
Allison Hosak
Board Member for the Avantor Foundation
Allison Hosak is our Senior Vice President, Global Communications and Brand. She is responsible for executive, employee and change communications, public relations / affairs, crisis communications, corporate identity and brand, corporate social responsibility / sustainability and strategic marketing communications.
Over her tenure with the Company, she has helped foster Avantor’s growth and prominence as a global leader in life sciences. She has built an integrated communications and center of excellence organization from the ground up, executed three corporate rebrands, and supported multiple integrations and mergers.
Ms. Hosak also led communications and branding for Avantor’s initial public offering (IPO) in May 2019. She earned an MBA in marketing from Lehigh University and Bachelor of Science in business administration – marketing with a minor in public relations from Kutztown University.
