Method development strategies in HILIC conditions
Friday, February 8, 2019
16:00 to 16:45 CEST (Berlin, Paris, Madrid)
In this Webinar we will present the range highlighted below and discuss how these columns can offer improved method development strategies in HILIC conditions.
An Introduction to the Theory and Practice of HILIC Separations Including a Step-by-Step Guide to HILIC Method Development
Hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) separations are gaining increased prominence in many application areas. The ability to retain neutral and ionisable polar species makes HILIC particularly popular for metabolomics and drug development studies. This seminar is designed to help the new HILIC chromatographer avoid the typical pitfalls that HILIC presents by establishing the critical parameters involved in HILIC separations. Discussions on column equilibration times and sample diluent challenges are included. The webinar also covers a generally applicable selectivity-based method development platform designed for implementation across HILIC platforms. A worked method development example is included.
