Ethics Helpline
As part of our ongoing commitment to uphold the highest ethical standards, we engage an independent service provider to operate our Ethics Helpline so concerns can be reported 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This helpline is proactively provided to Avantor’s employees and available in the local language of each region in which we operate.
All reports are received by Avantor’s internal Legal team, which are then shared with representatives from Human Resources and Internal Audit, respectively. Matters are assigned for investigation or other disposition as appropriate. Helpline reports and dispositions are reviewed not less than quarterly by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Substantiated allegations and other significant matters may be escalated immediately to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

You can report your concerns to the Helpline via telephone or online. Once connected, a Helpline specialist will document the information provided and address any questions about the reporting process. This report will be shared with the appropriate members of Avantor’s management, who will review the information and take suitable action under the circumstances and in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct and applicable law.
